A foam chamber is a device that functions as a place where foam, air, and outside air are mixed so that it becomes foam. According to the shape, the foam chamber is divided into 2 types. The first type is the Round type foam chamber. and the second type is square (rectangle).
Foam Room Round Type
Foam Chamber Square type (round type) is made of schedule 40 black pipe. On the inlet side there is an orifice made of bronze and then at the top there is a foam chamber which is installed with a seal gasket and a glass plate to prevent steam from outside evaporating from entering and will break when the system starts working so that the foam that is formed enters the tank touching the deflector in the tank so that the foam can spread evenly.

Foam Chamber Square type (Rectangular Type) is made of mild steel plate in the form of a rectangle where the entry side has an Orifice also made of bronze and on top of it there is a wider foam forming chamber compared to the round shaped foam chamber.
The foam that has been formed passes through the glass plate before entering the tank or other foam maker and will break if the system starts working.

Foam Inductor is a venturi pipe with water inlet/outlet and Foam Suction inlet. Flow velocity increase and pressure drop when water flows through a special constructed orifice. Foam suction inlet is also near the orifice. The low pressure will force foam sucked into the orifice. There are hose coupling on both sides of the foam inductor which can connect fire hose directly and instantly. There is rotary knob on this unit to adjust mixing ratio from 1% to 6% foam suction inlet can connect with steel tube or a platic tube.
This unit is the corollary equipment of mobile and partial foam extinguishing system that fits high, middle and low expansion foam extinguishing system.

When applied in fixed water spray installations or sprinkler systems for the protection of warehouses, storage facilities, tank filling areas, and other local hazards involving spill fires, this product has proven to be highly effective. SEVILLA Fire AFFF 3% is effective in extinguishing various fuels such as crude oil, gasoline, diesel fuel, and aviation fuel. SEVILLA Fire AFFF 3% is a superior agent for extinguishing flammable hydrocarbon fires, with a 3% induction ratio, consisting of 3 parts concentrate and 97 parts water.
When stored in the supplied containers (polyethylene drums or pails) and within the specified temperature limits, the shelf life of SEVILLA Fire AFFF 3% is approximately 10 years.
The recommended storage temperature range is 1.7°C to 49°C. If the product freezes during storage or transportation, thawing will restore it to full usability. Mixing after freeze–thaw cycles is strongly recommended.
SEVILLA Fire AFFF 3% concentrate has a neutral pH and generally does not cause corrosion issues with metals or plastics. Recommended materials of construction include:

“SEVILLA Fire” AR-AFFF 3–3% concentrate is a multipurpose firefighting foam that can be applied to both Class A and Class B fires, including water-miscible fuels (polar solvents) and water-immiscible fuels (hydrocarbons).
When applied to polar solvents, the product forms a polymer membrane that functions to reduce and prevent fuel vapor release. Due to its relatively slow drying process, the product also provides a superior cooling effect.
The engineering team of SEVILLA Fire AR-AFFF 3–3% has conducted a re-engineering process using C6-derived fluorinated surfactants (short-chain molecules) that are more environmentally friendly.
This formulation does not contain and does not degrade into Perfluorooctane Sulfonate (PFOS) or Perfluorooctane Sulfonic Acid, and contains only very low levels of Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA), below the limit of 0.5 ppm.

Atmospheric Foam Concentrate Storage Tank is storage device which used for storage of large amounts of foam. Foam storage tanks are suitable for storing synthetic AFFF, alcohol-resistant AFFF or fluoroprotein foam concentrates. Typically the in line proportioner is connected between foam storage tank and bladder tank as the foam gets drained out after its usage of suppression.
