We are the Foam Bladder Tank division from Tegalrejo International Online Technology ( Tio-tech ), specializing in: Design-Manufacture and Installation of Foam Bladder Tanks in Vertical or Horizontal shapes made from Carbon Steel, SA 516 Gr.70 or Mild Steel Plate SS 400 JIS G 3101 is designed according to ASME Code Section VIII, Division 1

 

We make volumes from 100 ltr to 5000 ltr or according to the customer’s requirements with a working pressure of 175 Psi (12 kg/cm2) with a temperature of +1.7°C – +49°C.

 

The inside of the tank is installed with a Rubber Bladder made of Vinyl Based Polymer or Buna-N or Neoprene and the like. For the Pressure Proportioner, it is made of Sch 40 black pipe and there is an Orifice made of Bronze and we install the inlet water pipe from Sch 40 black pipe and is equipped Ball Valve made of Brass, Bronze or Stainless Steel 304/316 on request.

For the AFFF exit pipe line, we make it from Stainless Steel 304, equipped with a check valve and ball valve made of brass or bronze and the tank unit is also equipped with a safety valve, air vent and 1 pressure gauge for the inlet side and 1 pressure gauge. exit side.

To unite the foam in the rubber bladder, maintenance can be seen on the sight glass foam unit attached to the side.

The inside of our tank is finished with Sandblasting SA 21/2 which is coated with a layer of anti-rust Zinc Rich Primer with Coal Tar Epoxy Paint and the outside is coated with Zinc Rich Primer with Red Enamel Finish as thick as 250 microns which is heat resistant

We plan the life time of our Foam Bladder Tank to be up to 20 years from handover and can be certified with the Ministry of Manpower or Oil and Gas.

 

We are working on two choices of work systems that the customer wants, either with a Pressure Proportioner with a ratio of 3% -6% AFFF or with a Control Concentrate Valve system which is usually adjusted according to the ratio of the AFFF proportioner according to the desired design.
